Maybe you have heard we invented an annual holiday called piano day, which was celebrated on march 29th (the 88th day of the year). Every year will be piano day and with your help we can realize something truly special: The klavins 450. The tallest and most likely, most massive sounding piano instrument on the surface of the planet.

This whole enterprise was inspired by a solo record i have been recording in january 2014 on the M370 in Tübingen, Germany. I wanted it to be a free record, so download it in any desired form or buy it physical on CD or vinyl. All money raised with this recording will be donated to david klavins in order to built this incredible, large instrument.

Beloved planet,
don´t think i am completely pathetic, but i am here to tell you about a new holiday.

In less than 2 weeks we will celebrate PIANO DAY together. This year for the first time and on each 88th day of the year in the future, until the sun explodes! i could not believe that nobody had this idea before me. Since celebration is half the fun without presents, i prepared something for you all.

Here is the teaser, the rest will follow on 29th of march, at the first PIANO DAY 2015.
